The idea to add yoga came about when a yoga instructor asked if she would like to mix in yoga to the happy hour. At happy hour you just spend time with her goats and socialize. Goat yoga was started by a farm owner in Oregon who was already organizing a goat happy hour. So being able to interact with adorable baby goats and get a work out it a win-win in my book. ![]() When I first heard about the Goat Yoga trend I was intrigued mostly because goats have always been my favorite animal! My Grandma gave me a stuffed goat when I was younger and I have loved them ever since. ![]()
